第二阶段：以语法专题为主线，目标是使学生对初中的语法知识有系统的理解。学生在第一阶段反复操练把单词和短语，在第二阶段教会学生如何运用这些词汇。这一阶段充分的练习很有必要。

第三阶段：综合模拟为主，进行适应性的强化训练。通过对学生限时测试，模拟中考时间、考场要求、答题方式等，训练了学生应试的能力和技巧。

The past two days are special for the 7.23 million examinees and their parents. It is the National College Entrance Examination (Gaokao in Chinese). Based on the current education system in China, the result of the two day exam greatly impacts the future of any students in China. The score will decide whether you can receive college education. For most places in China, only half of the students are eligible for college education (only 3.40 million will be admitted to colleges in 20xx) and the rest has to start work after high-school. In cities like Beijing and Shanghai, students are lucky enough to have a much higher ratio (more than 70%) to enter colleges.

Tsinghua, Peking University, Fudan University and Shanghai Jiao Tong University are among the first class in China. But only very few people can go there.

To enter a college or not, or to enter a good college or not directly impact the first offer they can get after graduate and impact their career. So it is the most critical time for students.

Isaac recorded the "No Honking During Gaokao" sign. I saw the same sign near Henan Rd. and Zhaojiabang Rd.. Not only honking is not allowed. All construction sites around schools were ordered to work in limited time in the recent 10 days. Thousands of policemen are working around schools to make sure there is no noise or traffic jam during the two important days. 很高兴能有这样一个机会，能和大家进行面对面的交流、我是二年1、6、7、8、10班的英语任课教师，我姓赵、下面我就我们英语学习方面说我一些真实的感言：

在英语课堂上，大部分学生都能很活跃的回答老师提出的问题，积极跟着老师拼读单词，朗读课文、其实这也制造了一种假象，学生认为自己常常被老师提问，认为自己能够回答老师的问题，于是认为自己的英语学得很不错，自我感觉特别好、于是下课后在英语上花的时间就少了、其实要学好英语，课上占40%，其余的60%还需要学生在课后不断的巩固，加深记忆、在课上老师更多的是教授新知识，当然课上也会有少量的时间巩固新学的知识、但是这些时间是公共的时间，而不是每个学生私有的时间，所以不可能照顾到每个学生，不可能让所有学生都达到相同的程度、况且每个学生对新知识得接受能力都是不同的，有的可能当堂就已经有很深的印象，很难忘记，但这肯定是很少的、大部分学生都只能是初步接触了新知识，要真正接受新知识还要学生在课后多下功夫，不然肯定会和别的同学拉下差距、

那么在课后学生到底该怎么做才能把其余的60%补回来呢？英语毕竟不是我们自己的语言，大多数学生除了英语课其余时间根本就不会想到要说英语，所以，在课后一定要主动抽时间为自己补习英语、学好英语，不外乎就是在听，说，读，写这些方面下功夫、

首先说一下听，每个学生都有和书相配套的磁带，可是请各位家长检查一下自己的子女的英语磁带，有多少学生的磁带还是和刚发的时候一样的，根本就没有听过、不要 ……此处隐藏16029个字……没做，这就形成了差距。

3、口头背诵作业。这是经常布置的，也是比较重要的一项作业。需要背诵的课文，家长一定要检查孩子的背诵，并签字，看他背得熟不熟。。

4、检查作业本上作业，请家长在作业本上签字。签字的目的不是为了签字而签字，而是检查学生作业的质量。可能部分家长认为自己看不懂英语，没关系，你可以从他的作业的书写看出他对学习的态度，他是否认真做了，家长一旦发现作业的质量不高，一定要让他重新做好。

5、检查听写。一单元学完，我们要进行一次单元大听写，平时单词小听写，由家长组织在家里听写。对家长要求：检查听写是很顺利，还是勉强过关。一定要熟练才行，熟能生巧，如果勉强过关，要及时复习，否则，记忆效果还是很差。听写单词，词组不是写完就算，一定要让孩子对着书检查一遍，把错的改正再背熟，才能起到听写的效果。一般要求当天教的单词当天默写。这样才符合人的遗忘规律。

6、及时复习所学的单词和句子，以及课文。单词就复习单词表，（书页码），句子（书页码），课文就复习读背所要求背诵的课文。

7、配合孩子学习的方法，向孩子学习，拜他为师，会极大地提高孩子的学习兴趣和认真学习的程度。同爸爸妈妈一道学，教爸爸妈妈学英语，会使孩子们很高兴，很自豪的向爸爸妈妈讲述所学内容，起到复习巩固的作用。另外，孩子没记下或者没考好，必要的批评是应该的，但一味的责怪甚至打骂是不起作用的。

8、适当给孩子一些压力。

家长可适当给孩子布置一点口头或笔头的作业，给孩子一些适当的负担，帮助学生练习所学知识，这样的坚持同样也能取得一定的效果。熟能生巧，尤其对小学生来说效果是很明显的。
